Dorset Wedding Planners are based in the Purbeck’s in heart of Dorset and specialise in Wedding and Event planning throughout the South of England. Nicky Ward
Nicky has worked in hotels, country clubs and for event management companies all over the UK specialising in wedding planning, conference co-ordination, exhibitions, banqueting and corporate hospitality. After leaving college with an HND in Hospitality Management Nicky worked in every hotel department to gain as much experience and knowledge as possible in event management before deciding to turn her dream of being a wedding and event coordinator into reality. Having managed several hotels she has invaluable experience in every aspect of wedding and event management.

Angela Lambert
Angela has a lifetime of experience with all aspects of Wedding Co-ordination. Her parents were hoteliers in Dorset and she has worked in all areas of catering from 'washing-up' to running the Hotel in her parent's absence. After leaving school Angela went into the finance industry and had various different and varied roles throughout her 18 years there. During this time, Angela also fulfilled a dream to study 'interior design' and started arranging weddings, corporate events & parties for friends and family. Angela soon realised that 'Wedding Co-ordination/Consultancy & event planning was the way her career should now head. After a chance meeting and discussion at the 'School Gate' with Nicky a fellow Mum, they decided to become a team and merge their joint experience & knowledge of the profession and market, thus creating 'Dorset Wedding Planners', a Dorset based Wedding Co-ordination/Consultancy company.

Although specialising in wedding planning, Dorset Wedding Planners are also able to help in the planning of other events such as dinner dances, charity events, birthday parties, anniversaries, christenings and corporate events.
